CONSULT

Whatever the commission, we begin with a consultation. Our preference is to carry out an initial home visit. Here, our designer will compile a list of your wishes and requirements. It also means that precise measurements can be taken, whilst getting an overall feel for your project and how it might link in with adjoining rooms.

If planning an extension or a ‘New Build’, our designers will happily work from your architect’s plans, and arrange to meet with you to discuss the relevant areas of the project.

DESIGN

From this initial meeting, our designer will then develop a design consisting of ground plan, elevations and hand-drawn rendering, which can be presented to you in the comfort of your own home. We will advise you on appliances, worktops, splash backs, flooring, lighting, hand-painting schemes and anything else we feel is pertinent. At this point, our designer will also present you with an accurate costing for the project.

BUILD

We will liaise directly with your architect, building contractor, interior designer, and any other trades you have engaged, to ensure perfect dovetailing and integration of the project. We will supply your contractor with a Plumbing and Electrical specification as per the design and chosen appliances. Site surveys are also carried out, especially where building work is involved, to make sure the project runs smoothly and to deadline. We are always available to answer any questions throughout the duration of your project.

Alternatively, we can happily supply a complete ‘turnkey solution’.
