Our Clients Feedback
"Working with Cleary & Hall has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. What really impressed us was the time Ben and his team took to understand not just the furniture we wanted, but how it would integrate with the architecture of our home. They even liaised and altered the exact positioning of our roof lights so the kitchen design would work perfectly with the balance of natural light and overall feel of the space—it's that attention to detail that sets them apart.
We were so delighted with our kitchen that we asked Cleary & Hall to design several other rooms, including a bespoke study incorporating a beautifully concealed drop-down bed within the fitted wardrobes. Every piece has been thoughtfully designed, expertly crafted and finished to an exceptionally high standard.
Throughout the project, the team was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They listened carefully to our ideas, offered creative solutions and delivered beautiful, practical spaces that work perfectly for the way we live.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cleary & Hall to anyone looking for bespoke cabinetry and furniture. Their craftsmanship, design expertise and commitment to getting every detail right are second to none."

"We had a tricky project which involved converting a very large Edwardian billiard room with high ceilings into a family kitchen. It was a real head-scratcher but we were lucky enough to be recommended to Ben, who came up with an inspired design. He and his team then produced a kitchen which matched this in terms of craftsmanship, attention to detail and beauty. Our kitchen is a showstopper and we delight in seeing people’s reactions when they walk in. We cannot recommend the Cleary & Hall team highly enough and wouldn’t use anyone else."

"Over the last few years, we have appointed C&H to undertake significant joinery works across a number of major projects. We have been delighted with the manufacturing design detail, the quality of manufacture and the installation and onsite painting. They are a great company to deal with and provide excellent value for money."

"We cannot recommend Ben and his team highly enough for our bespoke kitchen. We had very specific requirements for a family that loves to cook, including a professional chef! Ben brought timeless design, precision and attention to detail throughout the project, even measuring the height of portable appliances, bottles and jars to ensure a perfect fit.
Expertly managed from pre-design through to implementation and beyond, Ben also came up with creative designs to deal with some architectural restrictions in the space, which are now focal points.
We couldn’t have asked for a better team to bring this and our vision to life – we would highly recommend and use C&H again."

"Dear Ben and Team, thank you so much for the fantastic refurbishment of my flat. Especially with me having to go to look after my mum in Germany, you have managed and coordinated all the work, kept me in the loop fully informed and thus took the stress away from me. The furniture looks exquisite, I love the new look and feeling of space you created. You really delivered on your promise and all in good time too. Now I just have to keep it this way even with all my clutter back in. I thank God for your talent. You are immensely gifted in your ability to envision space and create a design and surrounded by a skilled team to help you accomplish it all. Everyone who has seen it to date has absolutely loved the new look. Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

"We first viewed Cleary and Hall’s work back in 2013 and have been using them ever since, as our ‘go-to’ joinery company!
What impressed us so much initially and continues to do so, is that they are such a design-led joinery company. It’s always exciting to pop into their workshops and see what new finishes and ideas they’re exploring. What really sets them apart is the sheer ability to work just as easily from a traditional brief, through to classic and then contemporary. So often projects that we are working on require different materials for different rooms, depending on the mood that we are looking to create. I don’t know any other company that can so seamlessly go from room to room, within the same residence, and readily come up with furniture designs that meet and complement exactly, our overall palette.
We are currently working with them on our latest London project as I type!"

"We’ve worked with Cleary & Hall several times for our home in Warwick and a property in Central London, and we couldn’t be happier with their work! They’ve been professional, approachable, and spot-on with their design and material advice. The build quality is outstanding and has exceeded our expectations. We’ve known Ben Cleary for nearly 25 years, ever since he designed our kitchen in 2002 while at Smallbone, and his craftsmanship and approach have always been excellent. We highly recommend Clary & Hall - thank you!"
